These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of 100 Stories of Healing — Volume I from Bharosa Neuro Psychiatry Hospitals("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

The product

We sell a physical hardcopy book. Product descriptions, images, and the book's contents are provided in good faith. The stories are shared with care and dignity; the book is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
• Order confirmation does not guarantee availability; if we cannot fulfil an order we will refund it.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details. Cash on Delivery is available where serviceable.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns/refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The book, its text, the Bharosa name and logo, and this website's content are owned by Bharosa Neuro Psychiatry Hospitals and protected by law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
